There are many ways to get a hold of companies. If email doesn't work call. I had issues with getting a hold of AMZ for a few days so i called. They didn't pick up, i called a few hours later and talked with Mitch. Next day the parts were on my door. This just happened this week. There are always two sides of the story. I usually don't take the side of the company because they are here to serve the customer, but sometimes its just ridiculous how people jump to conclusions on these boards.
